How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing times vary depending on the existing workload however, most orders are shipped within 10 days of placing your order. Bulk orders may take up to 14 days of processing, shipping is billed separately unless otherwise discussed.

Standard shipping time for all US orders is 3-5 business days.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. 

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes, all orders are will receive tracking numbers and shipment confirmations emails once the order has left our facility. If local pick up is requested, you will receive a email when your order has processed and is ready for pick up.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently unavailable however we are working to provide international shipping options in the future.

Returns/Refunds

What is your return/refund policy?

All items are made to order at the time of purchase.

We do not store inventory therefore, we are unable to issue refunds on orders that have processed and shipped. Additionally, we do not offer exchanges due to sizing issues.

Please be sure to order the correct size. If in doubt, go up one size.

  • When ordering unisex tees:

    Ladies a RULE OF THUMB- order one size down from your existing t shirt size.

If you have received a defective item, we'll happily replace it with the same of style in the same size. Please contact us at inquiry@missintentional.com for further assistance with all authorized returns.

Can I modify or change my order?

As a courtesy, you may modify your order within a 5 hour period after placing it. Please email us immediately with any changes that are being requested.

We try to work with our customers by allowing time for possible modifications however, after the 5 hour allotment time, NO CHANGES will be accepted as your order production had begun.
